WE ARE NOT BROKERS – We are Master plumbers and self-perform 90% of our work, relying on a select few subcontractors to enhance our response times or provide ancillary services that we do not.
Much of our competition comes from National contractors, who are merely brokers (and often aren’t even licensed plumbers). These brokers subcontract work through the first “Joe” to answer the phone–regardless of ability. Your facility is often the first retail operation “Joe” has ever seen.
